Want that!

From Oki-NI (A pretentious clothing shop)

Evisu Classic Japanese Gull Jean
now £90.00
was £149.00
Evisu 0001 painted Kamome jeans in dark Indigo with white pocket branding.

200901141217.jpg

This regular fit is a modern take on the classic Japanese 2001 cut, pioneered by the founder of Evisu, Yamane-san and inspired by original 1940s Levis overalls. It has a lower waist, is fitted in the seat and thigh and has a slightly narrowed hem. This fit has a shaped hip so it sits comfortably on the body and can be worn without a belt.

These jeans are constructed from 100% cotton, 13.5oz dry selvage denim and feature contrast top stitching, a button fly and copper rivet detail on front pockets. The Evisu Kamome or ‘seagull’ is painted onto the back pockets in white.

New website concept designs.

Posted in blog by petegent on January 7, 2009

Hey guys!

Just to let you know that I’ve been working on a new set of concept designs for the site (not sure how to implement it!)

Check it out!

1) Two column layout

something_abby.jpg

Fig a) Website categories next to the title

b) Widgets down the left

c) content on the right – user scrolls down to view more widgets etc

2) A different 3 column layout with the title on the left and a list of categories down the center. Content on the right. I quite like this one because it separates everything nicelyinto three distinct areas. The main thing I don’t like so much is the fact that the colours look so ridged next to each other.

Started using 43 things again :)

Posted in Uncategorized by petegent on January 7, 2009

Hey all.

I started using 43 things again after receiving a note from another user about being able to get in and out of afghanistan safely – sketchy, but one of those crazy things I was considering on my pan asia tour (now changed to the NEW South American experience).

Until I add some kind of widget for it, you can access my profile here 🙂

Belated christmas present.

Wow, Awesome.

One of my good friends at crytek sent me an I love offenbach t-shirt. It’s a bit of an in joke really as it’s considered somewhat of a turkish ghetto in germany. That’s probably due to the fact tht 70% of the towns populace isn’t actually german.

Anyway. Check out the new Gangsta’ shirt!
